The T&C establish the legal framework governing the activities of the site's visitors, or your customers, during their visit or interaction with this site. The intention of the T&C is to establish the legal relationship between the site's visitors and you, the site owner.
The T&C should be established according to the specific needs and nature of each site. For example, a website that offers products to customers involving e-commerce transactions needs to have T&C that are different from those of a site that only provides information (such as a blog, a homepage directing to others, and so on).
